Where Cascade works.

Floating dock systems supplied and installed across southern British Columbia — from the Okanagan to the Sunshine Coast to Vancouver Island.

Cascade Dock & Waterfront is based in Kelowna and serves southern British Columbia — the Okanagan and BC Interior east to the Kootenays, the Lower Mainland and Sunshine Coast, and Vancouver Island. Our territory covers residential lakefront, commercial moorage, and industrial marine work across some of the most varied waterfront conditions in Canada.

Three regions, three sets of conditions.

BC's waterfronts aren't one kind of water. The Okanagan is a chain of deep interior lakes. The coast swings with the tide and faces open exposure. The Lower Mainland sits in between. Each region has its own considerations — and the right dock system accounts for them.

Okanagan & BC Interior

Deep freshwater lakes, wide seasonal water-level swings, ice formation on many lakes, and some of the highest concentrations of lakefront property in BC. This is our home territory — the Okanagan, Shuswap, Kootenay, and the surrounding interior lakes.

Lower Mainland & Sunshine Coast

A mix of inland lakes, coastal inlets, and semi-protected marine waters. Projects here range from residential lakefront in the Fraser Valley to ocean-facing moorage on the Sunshine Coast.

Vancouver Island

Full coastal conditions — tidal swing, salt exposure, wake, and sites that often require ferry or barge logistics. Residential waterfronts, commercial moorage, and a growing base of industrial and aquaculture work.
