For over twenty years, EZ Dock Okanagan served lakefront homeowners, strata corporations, marinas, and industrial clients across southern British Columbia. In 2026, the business was acquired by Jeff Dubbeldam and continues under the Cascade Dock & Waterfront name — with the same product line and the same territory.
EZ Dock Okanagan was built from the ground up over two decades, with customer relationships established across the Okanagan, the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and the BC Interior. Jeff Dubbeldam took over the business in April 2026 under the Cascade Dock & Waterfront name.
For existing customers: nothing changes about the product, the warranty, or the service. We continue to supply replacement components, add-ons, and reconfigurations for existing EZ Dock installations across the territory.
Jeff grew up around small business and has spent his career involved with industries that build things — construction, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and business development. Cascade pulls all of those threads together into one business, in a sector he's genuinely excited to be part of.
The draw is personal too. Jeff has always been pulled toward the water, and there's something fitting about running a business whose work ends with a dock in a lake or a platform on the coast — somewhere people actually want to be. Every project leaves behind infrastructure that lasts, used by the people who live, work, or play on BC waterfronts.
If there's a through-line to Jeff's approach, it's that he treats every project — residential, commercial, or industrial — as one worth getting right. That philosophy is the foundation Cascade is being built on.
